Participation Fee with a Single Paper: 500 TL

Participation Fee with Double Papers: 700 TL

FOR STUDENTS:

Participation Fee for Graduate Students: 200 TL (limited to 30 papers)

Doctoral Students Participation Fee: 300 TL

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:

The participation fee includes badges, program, two lunches, refreshments, forum bag, gala dinner and social program, but does not include accommodation and transportation.

VAT is included in registration fees, details regarding billing and payment transactions will be announced separately.

Student Participation is limited to one paper.

Student sessions will be held in separate sessions.

At least one registration is required for each paper.

The deadline for payment of participation fees has been set as 15 September. The names of the authors should be written in the description section when making the payment.

The participation fee for the accepted papers will be deposited into the following account and added to the congress participation form.
